What the website collects

Nothing. The website has no forms, no registration, no user account and no payments. We do not ask for a name, a phone number or an email address, and we do not receive them through the pages of the site.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are not used. A single entry is kept in the browser — the interface language you selected. It is not linked to a person and exists so that the same language version opens on your next visit. The entry is deleted together with the site data through your browser.

Analytics and advertising

No traffic counters, tracking pixels or advertising trackers are installed on the site.

What happens on the services side

Hosting: Cloudflare Pages. The hosting infrastructure keeps technical request logs, which record the connection address and browser data — this is needed to serve the pages and to protect against attacks.

Fonts: Google Fonts. When a page opens, the browser contacts that service's servers, and the connection address becomes known to its owner.

Photographs and video are served from our own storage.

Map: OpenStreetMap. On the new developments page the map base layer is loaded from that project's servers, and the connection address becomes known to its owner. If the map is not opened, no request is made.

If you contact us yourself

When you call, write by email or message us, we receive your number or address and the content of your enquiry. This data is needed to reply and to search for a property on your request. We do not pass it to third parties, except where the law directly requires it. We keep it for as long as we are working with you.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to [email protected], and we will reply.

Changes

If the site starts handling data differently, we will change this page and the date at the top.
