An apartment on Bokhua Street in Tbilisi — our own full-cycle project: we sold it as a bare shell and carried out the turnkey renovation straight away. Bare walls became a finished home: screed and waterproofing in the bathroom, tiling, vinyl plank flooring, new heating, water and electrical routing, fitted wardrobes in every room and a kitchen with appliances. The windows look onto a green belt and the city skyline. The buyer did not have to find a crew, price up estimates or live on a building site. We work the same way on other properties: we find a flat in shell condition and take it to the point where you can move in with a suitcase.
