A settlement of 20 two-storey townhouses in old Nadzaladevi — next to the Khudadov forest and 400 metres from Gardenia Shevardnadze. Houses range from 90 to 160 m²; each differs in building and yard size, and each has its own parking space. The ground floor holds an open-plan living room and kitchen with full-height glazing plus a bathroom; the first floor has three rooms with balconies and a second bathroom. Energy-efficient walls, black aluminium windows and doors, balconies finished with frost-resistant tiles, all utilities connected. Construction is fully financed by a partner bank, and both in-house and bank instalments are available. The project was created by the construction company X-LINE and the design studio CORE; handover is August 2026 in green-frame condition. We can take the turnkey fit-out on ourselves: we build and renovate in-house — an example, the flat on Bokhua Stree
